Shipping & Delivery

At Aarshhmi, every piece is crafted with intention, and we ensure the same care in delivering it safely to you.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email, WhatsApp & SMS (this can vary) with complete order details. Cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

Making Your Jewellery

• Most orders are prepared within 7-10 business days

• Customised or made-to-order pieces may take longer as they are created exclusively for you (Delivery times will be informed as per the customization)

• Any changes in timelines will be communicated in advance (Processing time excludes Sundays and public holidays)

Shipping Within India

• Complimentary, insured shipping across India by Aarshhmi

• Orders are dispatched via trusted and secure delivery partners

Delivery Timelines

In India: Ready-to-ship will be shipped within 5-7 days and customised will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Made-to-order will be shipped depending on the design of the product.

While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather or courier disruptions. Our team will support you throughout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order's journey.

Address Confirmation

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout

• Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays

• Re-delivery charges due to address errors will be borne by the customer

Safe, Secure & Insured

• All shipments are fully insured while in transit by Aarshhmi

• A signature may be required upon delivery for security

• KYC will be verified while delivering a product for our delivery partner
